Tangier Tour 14Days / 13Nights
Day 1: Tangier - Tetouan - Chefchaouen (150 km):
Pick up after seeing you in Tangiers and head towards Chefchaouen via Tetouan city "white pigeon" enjoying beautiful views of the Rif Mountains. After our arrival in this blue-white city in full green nature, we will have lunch in a local restaurant, then you will have time to visit this beautiful medina with its natural waterfall. Chefchaouen medina had a Spanish style square surrounded by many funky arts and craft shops and cafes ... Night in a Riad/Hotel.
Day 2: Chefchaouen - Volubilis - Meknes - Fez (250 km):
After the breakfast, our authentic journey will start towards volubilis crossing Ouezzane city and other Rif villages. Arrive in volubilis we'll explore the roman ruins and learn about the archeological site of Moroocan history. After we'll continue our way to Meknes city the 17th century heritage where we will stop for lunch, then visit of its historical walls of the medina, bab el mansour, moulay Ismail mausoleum and stables. After driving directly to Fez and overnight in a Riad/Hotel.
Day 3: Fez - Sightseeing - Fez:
The whole day will be a guided city tour dedicated to the discovery of Fez, the oldest town in Morocco founded by Moulay Idriss II. You'll visit the gate of Royal Palace, the Jewish headquarter the first Mellah built in Morocco in the 16th century, the Merinid tombs with the wonderful panoramic view over the whole Medina and neighborhood of pottery. In the afternoon after lunch, the walk in its small streets for visit of the medina and its souks, the madrasa Bou Inania, the place Nejjarine and Karaouienne Mosque. Then overnight in Riad/Hotel.
Day 4: Fez - Ifrane - Azrou - Ziz Gorges - Errachidia (340 km):
Departure from Fez the spiritual city of the Kingdom towards Errachidia (ksar souk) via Midelt (the city of apples), a photo stop required in Ifrane (small Switzerland) and the cedar forest with monkeys of the middle Atlas. After crossing the Zad pass (2178 m), we'll have the lunch. After taking a numerous views of the Atlas mountains and its plateaus, you'll be in the fascinating area of Ziz river that brings life to the desert with its magnificent gorges, valleys and canyons. Visit of an old kasbah Amezzouj, then continue with its large lake to arrive at Errachidia. Dinner and overnight in Riad/Hotel.
Day 5: Errachidia - Erfoud - Rissani - Merzouga (250 km):
At 09am, we will start from Errachidia towards the desert of Merzouga by a photo stop at the blue source of Meski with the beautiful panoramic view of Ziz Valley admiring his pre-saharan huge palm and ksours. A visit is required at the marble workshop and fossils of Erfoud and the mausoleum Mouly Ali Cherif with Kasbah Oulad abd el Halim in Rissani and lunch (Moroccan Pizza!). Arriving in the golden dunes of Erg Chebbi and night in a Hotel Kasbah or in a private bivouac under the nomad tents that comes with camel rides.
Day 6: Merzouga - Toudra Gorges - Dades Valley (320 km):
We'll rise early to see the spectacle of the sunrise over the dunes of the Sahara before making our way back by camels towards the hotel for breakfast and the shower. We'll drive through the Anti-Atlas mountains and small villages of Jorf and Touroug where you'll have the lunch. Arrival in the famous valley of Todra, you will take a short walk through its spectacular Gorges before arriving at the fascinating Valley of Dades for dinner and overnight in a local Kasbah/Hotel.
Day 7: Dades valley - Roses Valley - Ouarzazate (190 km):
After your breakfast, you will travel towards Ouarzazate through the way of the thousand kasbahs providing numerous opportunities to take some of your best photos shots of the trip in both the Valley of roses and kasbahs. We will crossing the trail of Ait Youl to reach the Boutghrar village with its magnificent Valley of Roses, a stop at the nomads who live in caves. Lunch will be in Ouarzazate, then visit of our African Hollywood village that became a famous film center and visit of a wonderful Fint oasis in the middle of the Anti-Atlas. Overnight in a Riad/Hotel.
Day 8: Ouarzazate - Ait Ben Haddou - Marrakech (230 km):
At 09 am, we go towards Marrakesh (the red city) by the old caravan route by visiting the famous Kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou which is declared one of the Unesco heritage site, then kasbah of Pasha El Glaoui in Telouet and lunch. After crossing the hight Atlas mountains via Tichka pass (2260m) with many panoramic view and attractive berber villages. Arrival in Marrakech last of the afternoon, dinner and overnight in Riad/Hotel.
Day 9: Marrakech - Historical Visit - Marrakech:
After breakfast in your accommodation you can start exploring Marrakech "the red city of Morocco". We will ensure that you see the most important sites of historical and cultural interest, including the Majorelle Gardens, the Koutoubia Tower, the Saadian tombs, the Bahia palace. After lunch in a restaurant near the square, will guide you through the souks and view hundreds of handicrafts. In the afternoon, you'll have free time to walk around by yourself other parts of the city and the famous Place Jama el Fna ... etc.
Day 10: Marrakech – Argan Forest - Essaouira (160 km):
Departure at 9 am for Essaouira "The Ex-Mogador" on the Atlantic coast. You will see goats up the argan trees. Then get a welcome respite from the bustle of Marrakech, relax over lunch of freshly caught fish, walk along the sea and through its serene places, browse craft shops, galleries and observe wood crafts 'of tuya' found only in Morocco. Dinner and overnight in Riad/Hotel.
Day 11: Essaouira - Safi - El Jadida (250 km):
After breakfast depart to Safi, a former Portuguese fortress famous for its sardines, the pottery and the ceramics. Continue via the picturesque coastal road to Oualidia (the serene fishing village). Enjoy lunch while you gaze out over the tranquil natural seawater lagoon, separated only by a sandbar from the wild waves of the Atlantic. Arrive at El Jadida, a former Portuguese colony which is better known with its great citadel, its bastions and Unesco World Heritage Site. Diner and overnight in Hotel.
Day 12: El Jadida - Casablanca - Rabat (190 km):
On the morning, we start our next step for Casablanca which is Morocco’s commercial capital and the largest city. You'll visit the majestic Hassan II Mosque and continue to Rabat. Your sightseeing in Rabat will include the Mechouar (the ramparts and walls surrounding the Royal Palace), the Mohammed V Mausoleum, the Hassan Tower and the Oudaya Kasbah (the old medina of Moriscos), overlooking the Atlantic ocean with fabulous views, as well as being home to Moroccan artisan galleries. Overnight in a Riad/Hotel
Day 13: Rabat - Asilah - Tangier (250 km):
FOn the morning, start from Rabat to Tangier along the beautiful coastal road. Visit the city of Asilah, a beautiful coastal town with its whitewashed houses, walls and blue doors and wall paintings. Arrival in Tangier, the gateway to Africa from Europe, has always been an international melting pot. Take a tour of Tangier and explore the bustling Medina and surrounded by taking advantage of its wonderful vista where the Mediterranean and the Atlantic meet. Dinner and overnight in a Hotel.
Day 14: Transfer to the Aerport / the Port - The City Tour: After breakfast, guests can take a ride to esxplorer the city of Tangier with its bustling Medina and surrounded enjoying a beautiful unobstructed view, where the Mediterranean and the Atlantic meet. Where the transfer to the airport / port (depending on your departure) and end of our services.
